armand_2025Armand was born in India and his name was Arun. He was sold by his parents as a slave to a merchant ship's captain, in Dehli. Then he was sold again at a brothel, where Marius de Romanus found him and bought him, but made a prostitute of him, though now he lived under his new Master's protection. Arun's name is changed to Amadeo.
Marius gave Armand the Darg Gift when he was sick and about to die. Armand was 27 years oold by then. When Marius was attacked and set on fire by the Roman Coven, Armand was taken there and brainwhased into believing that his purpose in life was to serve the Devil.
After a time, Santino sent Armand (now his definite name) to the coven of Paris, to be their leader. There he was when Lestat came with Nicholas, his lover. Armand kidnapped him, forcing Lestat to come to the Coven. Lestat rescues Nicki and tells the members of the coven that they can leave it and live without rules. He turns Niccki into a vampire, but this drives him mad.
Lestat and Armand are the founders of The Threatre des Vampires, and they become lovers, but then Lestat leaves. Centuries later Louis and Claudia come after supposedly killing Lestat, Armand manipulates Louis to stay with him. Claudia is killed by the coven, Louis burns it, and after speaking with Lestat, who wasn't dead, Louis leaves Paris with Armand as his lover.
